HEAR YE, HEAR YE! Once more Val-David is innovating! Yes ladies and gentlemen, Val-David is the very first village to have had developed its very own Application (for Tablet and Smart Phone) with the goal in mind of providing more information concerning « News », « Culture »,
« Restaurants », « Events », « Accommodations » and « Services » that are offered in this charming village.
I thought to myself that many of you may be interested in installing this App. on your devices but may not necessarily know how. Therefore, here is the procedure to follow...
Tablet and/or Smart Phone ANDROID:
- Open the App « Google Play Store »
- Click on the « Applications » section
- Top right corner, click on the « Magnifying Glass »
- With your keyboard opened, write « Val-David Plus »
- Click on the « Magnifying Glass » on the keyboard to launch the search
- Click on the first App on the list named « Val-David Plus »
- Top right corner, click « Install »
- In the window that opens click « Accept »
- Get out of the « Google Play Store » (to come back to your home page)
- Go to the « App. » section where all the Applications installed on your device are located
- Find « Val-David Plus »
- Click on it long enough so you can move it to your home page AND/OR
- Click on it to open it.
iPad and/or iPhone:
- Open the Application « App Store »
- Down and close to center, click on the « Magnifying Glass »
- Top right corner click in the dedicated search zone (where you will equally see a tiny little magnifying glass)
- With your keyboard opened, write « Val-David Plus »
- Click « OK » or « Go » on the keyboard
- Clic on « Open » and then « Install » on the App « Val-David Plus »
- When asked, write your password (also known as your Apple ID (identification))
- « OK »
- Get out of the « App Store »
- Find « Val-David Plus » on one of your Applications windows
- Click on it to open it.
So there you are my friends, I hope this info will help you take advantage of this very useful Application (you’ll even find me there under the “Services” section). If you experience some installation problems, don't hesitate to contact me. Oh! and one last thing - if you have neither Tablet nor Smart Phone, you can simply go to
